Description
Bandstand Removal at Unity Park, Turners Falls, MA.
The bandstand was constructed in October of 1923. It served the community for 63 years as a gathering place for much more than musical entertainment. Theatrical and oratorical events graced the stage as special enticements for folks from anywhere to visit Turners Falls and to enjoy the hospitality via the bandstand offerings.
