March 31, 84 [1884] -- Chas. G. Carson -- Dr Sir, -- I can get for you the $5000.00 -- at the Franklin County Nat -- l -- bank for six months at 5 -- prc -- per annum. I presume it can be renewed at same rate when the note falls due. They only agreed however to take it at that rate for 6 mos. I telegraphed you about it this morning.
