Feby 15, 83 [1883] -- My dear Pagenstecher, -- Your favor of yesterday just at hand. -- I had no particular business last Saturday. I had a few minutes to spare and thought id run in and see you. No new developments in regard to the new water privileges except I notice in the petitions to the State legislature the following. -- I shall write and get particulars. It is possible that they may wish to build a dam and flow that privilege out. Will write you when I find out what it is. -- Yours Truly -- John Keith --
